Think of HempLand USA as your destination for everything hemp. HempLand USA is home to many different products created from the hemp leaf, much like the American Flag, which comprises 50 stars representing different destinations in the US. By taking that which symbolizes the hemp plant and combining it with that which symbolizes a destination on the American Flag, you get Aria, a.k.a. The Star Leaf, which has been designed to fit perfectly within the letter 'A' in the HempLand USA logo.
All of the thought and hard work put into creating a cohesive brand design should translate into the work you put out to the world. Following these guidelines will ensure the logo is used in a way that upholds the aesthetic standards and keeps your brand looking professional and consistent.
The HempLand USA logo has a Rustic & Handcrafted look that displays our pride and represents where our products are made. It represents the fingerprint we are leaving on the hemp industry. Much like how HempLand USA is an all around hemp brand, our logo is all-encompassing.
The smallest the logo should be represented is 1" high.
Secondary logos can take place of the primary logo. These marks should never be used directly next to the primary logo. The badges and display logos can be used when the primary logo is not necessary or in cases where the brand name is already displayed in the plain text.
The color usage for HempLand USA is fairly minimal. The logo will be used in white or gold on a color background. Full-color logos are reserved for official HLUSA documents but can be used tastefully at the designer's discretion.
The HempLand USA logos should always be surrounded by a minimum area of space. A margin of clear space equivalent to the height of the ‘Star Leaf’ is drawn around the logo to create the invisible boundary of the area of isolation.
In most cases you can use a white or gold logo on any background image. Make sure the logo is not obstructed by the image. Adding a transparent overlay helps make text more readable. Avoid images with too much detail.
Here are examples of ways you should NEVER consider using our logo.
Typography is a powerful brand tool when used consistently. This set of typefaces best represent the Rustic & Handcrafted feel of the brand and should be used across all print & web applications.
